* 2004 - Construction of 13,000 sq. ft. restaurant (Asiana Grand Buffet) Senior Product Manager
* 2008 - Construction of 5,000 sq. ft Car Wash (Four Star Carwash)
* 2011 - Renovation of a 15,000 sq. ft. restaurant (Yao Buffet-Sushi-Grill)
* 2014 - Residential construction of 3500 sq. ft. home
