Moonlit Horizons was a full custom home build in Lake Lure (just 30 minutes north of Asheville) that commenced shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic. The homeowner, residing out of town, had limited opportunities for travel. Despite the challenges posed by pandemic-related supplier delays and a backlog of projects, our team worked tirelessly to overcome these obstacles. We diligently sourced reliable suppliers who met our client’s budgetary requirements and coordinated closely with the homeowner to ensure every detail was perfectly aligned with their vision. Our dedication and adaptability allowed us to successfully navigate these issues, culminating in a beautiful custom home that the client can cherish for years to come. This home also features a roof with true timber frame beams and columns where the natural knots add character and warmth.
Whole Home Renovation of 1913 Farmhouose
The second project, Alpine Farmhouse, involved a full renovation of a historic home located off a winding mountain pass in Little Switzerland. They were moving here from out of state and couldn’t find anyone closer to them or anyone with favorable reviews. They rented another home during the construction. Our experience and commitment to excellence shone through once again.
