We added a versatile gathering space while preserving the home’s structure and style. Using premium materials and precise engineering, we created a functional extension for homeowners. The roof-line and porch were extended, with interiors revealing new spaces for relaxation and creativity. The layout flows naturally from the house, with finishes—matching wood tones, stone, and neutral colors—blending seamlessly, making it look original. Strategic floor plan changes enhance movement between gathering zones, art space, and patios. Built-in storage under benches and desks maximizes usability, with insulated windows and zoned HVAC adding efficiency. We matched existing finishes—siding, shingles, and woodwork—using careful material selection, mock-ups, and millworker collaboration to maintain the home’s character and meet modern standards. The family now has a dedicated area for grandkids, art, and fireside relaxation, boosting their quality of life.
