Referrals from our clients and trusted professionals we work with are of utmost importance and value. We are humbled every time we receive a referral and wish to thank you for your trust in our work. Whether you’re a realtor, architect, engineer, landscape architect, interior designer, past client, or simply someone who loves our work, you can earn a 1.5% referral fee on the contract value of custom home projects or 1% for commercial projects that proceeds to groundbreaking.

How It Works

1. Join our Program:  Get started by submitting the form below to join our program.  A member of our team will contact then process the gift card as a thank you. You will receive a $50 gift card to Lowe’s Home Improvement.
2. Refer a Client: Introduce us to a potential client by submitting their details through our Refer a Client Form or contacting our team directly:
   • Derek Weekley, derek@buchananconstruction.com for Residential and Renovation referrals.
   • Rick Buchanan, rick@buchananconstruction.com for Commercial project referrals.
3. We Take It From There: Our team will follow up with your referral to discuss their project needs.
4. Earn Your Reward:  Once the contract is signed and after construction commences, you will receive the referral fee within 30 days. The referral fee is capped at $50,000 for all project types.
