My wife Debbie and I hired Rick Buchanan to build our home in Flat Rock, NC, in 2007 after extensively interviewing several builders. It was an excellent decision because Rick has always been honest and true to his word. Plus he built a home for us that is as solid as a rock. We love the flat driveway and the stone retaining wall in front. The floors do not creak and everything still works even 5 years after we moved in. The oak floors are as beautiful today as they were the day we moved in and pretty much maintenance free. Overall we love the building...And we still consider Rachel and Rick our friends.
